We are experiencing some crazy growth and we need to grow our team in the Philippines.

We are looking for a ROCKSTAR manager to lead and grow the team in the Philippines.

The position involves you doing client work and managing the team. You will learn the client before it gets passed to your team.

We need someone who is not afraid to jump in and help get the work done as needed and to take on other tasks as needed.

We work hard and we have fun!

We do require that this would be your only job.

Official Requirements:
– 5-7 years solid accounting background
– 5 yrs + QBO experience
– 3 years experience of leading a team
– Professional image and demeanor.
– Excel/Google sheets experience and confidence
– Demonstrate an ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, plan and coordinate multiple
projects in a fast-paced environment, highly organized, and able to follow through

2. You need to be comfortable working remotely from your team and be able to join team meetings and communicate effectively throughout the week.
3. You need to have experience working with ClickUp IF POSSIBLE
4. You have to be detailed oriented and a person that follows systems and processes.

We are a growing business located in Clermont, FL. There are 4 of us currently working in Florida and our marketing assistant is in the Phillipines.
We work with clients all over the USA.
Our clients are businesses in the construction, landscaping and services.

What our clients need is someone to make sure their QBO is accurate and up to date and follows the accounting rules. (Not GAAP).

On a daily basis, you will be communicating with our clients via Zoom, and email. As new clients come on board, you will be taught how to do their file and then train the team that we will be build underneath you.

You will also be working on client files yourself and be overseeing the team as we build it out. In the beginning though you will be required to work on client files. You will also be assisting with helping build out processes in Click Up and Google Docs. Other duties will be assigned as needed.

Self development is a big part of who we are too. We encourage our team to be continually learning and growing as individuals and part of the team.

In short, your job is to help our clients help themselves and make sure they get the most out of their business. This is a full-time job. The pay is between $1300-$1600 per month depending on your experience and the hours will be 35-40 a week.

We have flexibility on the schedule. We do not expect you to work on Eastern time but you need to be available for calls and meetings which will be between 8.30pm. and 10.30pm PH time once a week. Training may also occur during the evening in your time zone or early morning..

We do require that this would be your only job.

This is an amazing opportunity for right person to grow with us and grow a team of bookkeepers underneath them that they would guide and lead on a day to day basis. You would be the point of contact for the team as you would be working the same hours.
