Job Description

Out Of Site Bookkeeping is looking for a Bookkeeping Manager with exceptional English and an excellent command of QuickBooks Online to join our team. This is an evolving position, the requirements and responsibilities listed below are subject to change based on the demand of the team and the company. The ideal team member can be flexible with the ever-changing nature of an evolving role, communicate clearly in English both written and verbal, is available Monday through Friday from 6AM to 2PM, and will have at least 2+ year of experience using the following applications and performing these types of tasks:

Minimum Requirements:
Proven 2+ years bookkeeping experience
Proven at least 2-3 years work experience as a team leader or supervisor
Expert at QuickBooks Online – minimum 2 year (QBO Certified)
Experience with Asana Project Management (Preferred but not required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to easily manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
Ability to easily work independently as well as a member of a team
Ability to supervise the technical work of staff and client staff
Strong teamwork skills; and a confident ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process and work collaboratively with others.
Certified Public Accountant is a plus (inactive licenses considered)
Expert at Excel/Google Apps (Drive, Mail, Sheets, G Suite etc.)
Slack and Zoom

Responsibilities:
Bank and credit card reconciliation
Monthly financial reports and statements
Payroll processing
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management
Inventory management
Financial records management
Invoicing
Verifying other team members work & coaching on improvements
Documenting new and maintaining SOPs
Leading a team, encouraging team members to reach their full potential and grow their skills
Tracking team KPIs and reporting to the CEO
Other management duties as assigned by the CEO
