Job Description

Our team is currently seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join us in managing our financial records and ensuring accurate bookkeeping for our business operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in financial software, Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work independently to maintain the financial health of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Recording and categorizing financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions.
Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
Generating financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Assisting with budget preparation and expense tracking.
Working with team members to gather financial data and address any discrepancies.
Assisting with year-end financial preparations for tax purposes.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
• Must be able to communicate in English fluently (Writing/Speaking)
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
• Must be trained in accounting 3+ years (P/L Balance Sheet) – no admin or generalist, looking for experts
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Provided:
Full training on the organization’s financial processes and software tools.
Access to the necessary accounting software and resources.
Hours:
This position will require 40 hours per week, with some flexibility in the schedule.
Rate:
The rate for this position will be $7.00/hour USD ($1,250/month).
Will get paid WEEKLY.
