Overview of Role:

Our Company is looking for a full-time bookkeeper to support on our corporate level bookkeeping. The ideal candidate is organized, assertive, likable, a good problem solver, and has great customer service skills. He/She is looking to grow personally and professionally as our business grows and is looking for a long-term stable job.

Job Duties:
– Respond to daily emails from clients about their invoices. Coordinate with appropriate departments to answer questions as-needed.

– Update bank deposits and categorize expenses

– Vendor Payments & Payroll

– Prepare Timesheets and corresponding invoices for clients

– Bank, Credit Card, and Security Deposit Reconciliations

– Financial Reporting (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Security Deposit, and Custom as requested)

– Adjusting Journal Entries

– Client Back-End System Setup

– Collection Emails

– Vendor Research / or other Market Research As-Needed

– Other administrative as-required

Ideal Job Requirements:

– Fresh Graduates to 5+ years of experience
– Able and willing to work night shift (8am EST – 5pm EST, Full-Time)
– Bachelors in Accounting
– Responsible and takes ownership of deliverables in an independent work environment
– Pursuing a long-term career in bookkeeping (no job hoppers)
– Must be able to communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal)
– Strong Work from Home Setup with main line, backup line, power storage, noise canceling mic.
– Exposure to QuickBooks Online or another bookkeeping platform (if no experience, we can train you, but ideal if you have some experience).

Compensation & Benefits Package:
– $3/hour
– 10 Paid Days Off (Approved same day or next day by HR)
– 6 Paid Holidays (Based on Filipino Holidays)
– HMO
– Independent Work Environment

Schedule: 8am EST – 5pm EST (Working with U.S Based Clients)
