I’m looking for a Part-time bookkeeper (20-30 hours with the potential to move to full-time later). Candidates must be organized and have prior experience with Quickbooks, Managing, Documents, Spreadsheets, Finances, and assistant work. You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.
Responsibilities:
-Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, recording financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
-Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
-Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
-Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address financial inquiries and provide necessary financial information.
-Help streamline financial processes and identify areas for improvement.
-Maintain confidentiality and handle financial information with integrity and professionalism.
Job Requirements:
*Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
*Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks etc (BIG PLUS!!!)
*Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
*Excellent data entry and organizational skills.
*Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
*Solid understanding of financial statements and ability to analyze financial data.
*Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
*Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Pay:
-You will start at lower pay initially (amount listed on the job post) but will immediately have the opportunity to get bonuses
-You will be paid based on hours worked.
