Responsibilities:
Sales Powerhouse:
Prospect and build relationships with potential clients within the BPO space.
Consult with clients to understand their talent needs and pain points.
Craft compelling proposals and presentations showcasing our best-fit solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, exceeding assigned sales targets.
Recruitment Rockstar:
Source, identify, and attract top talent for diverse BPO roles across various industries.
Conduct in-depth screenings, interviews, and assessments to find the perfect match.
Build strong rapport with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.
Offer expert career advice and connect them with their dream BPO opportunity.
Strategic Thinker:
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor landscape, identifying new sales and recruitment opportunities.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales and recruitment strategies.
Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
– Proven BPO experience: Minimum 2+ years in BPO sales, recruitment, or a combination of both.
– Sales Savvy: A track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
– Recruitment Prowess: Demonstrably skilled in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent.
– Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the BPO landscape and key players is a plus.
– Relationship Builder: You excel at building rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
– Communication Master: Effective verbal and written communication are key.
– Tech-Savvy: Proficient in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
– Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and celebrate shared success.
– Ambitious & Driven: You crave new challenges, go the extra mile, and achieve results.
Pay rate: $5USD/hr with 2-5% commission on every sale made
