Plans the schedule of the opening of the center.
Maps the opening of the center.
Conducts orientation in opening the center.
Validates the information and documents submitted by the customers applying for loan.
Validates the capacity of clients to pay the recommended amount. Checks if the loan amount granted tallies with the cash flow analysis.
Approves all applications for loan prior to endorsing the same to the Central Processing Unit (CPU).
Supervises the collection of payment and the posting of the amount paid to the customer’s account.
Checks the actual daily collection per RO and the branch as a whole. Develops strategies to address issues that may hinder the accomplishment of the set target.
Verifies the collection record of each RO and monitors the status of all accounts in the portfolio of the branch.
Implements policy to avoid delinquent accounts in the portfolio of his branch.
Endorses to the Area Manager the proposed, payment extension plan or compromise agreement recommended by the SO/RO based on the ability of the client to pay.
Supervises the execution of the standard protocol on asking for judicial intervention to recover unpaid debts and to correct any fraudulent act in relation to the monetary policies of the government and the company.
Makes final visit on delinquent accounts and issues demand letter prior to filing legal complains before appropriate bodies. Acts on behalf of the company on issues requiring small claims court representation.
Safe keeps the Branch key. Responsible for ensuring that the branch is safe and secured anytime even after the regular working hours
Facilitates branch staff meeting. Resolves concerns raised by the branch personnel
Monitors the compliance (accuracy, completeness and timeliness) of his branch with the submission of all reports required by all CPU. Develops action plan to address operational gaps
Understands, ensures and facilitates Business Continuity Plan of the Branch /Security of the Branch and personnel.
Manually counts the petty cash fund (PCF). Tallies and validates the actual physical count of the fund against the record at hand.
Secures the PCF in the branch vault.
Cross checks the daily transaction summary of the cashier and RO.
Conducts random account verification to identify issues that may need to be addressed immediately.
Provides guidance to Account Officers on ensuring portfolio quality, client generation, recruitment and marketing strategy.
Attends to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately and courteously. Facilitates satisfactory resolution of all issues raised by the client.
