Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Brand Ambassador. In this role, working hours are in the PST time zone. You will be the face of StayinCanada Immigration, responsible for enhancing our online presence, engaging with our community, and promoting our brand across various platforms. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with our audience and effectively communicate our mission and values.
Responsibilities:
– Act as the primary point of contact for online engagement and communication.
– Manage and grow our social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram platforms.
– WordPress management and basic coding of website dev. to post news and articles on the website continuously.
– Create and curate engaging content that reflects our brand values and mission.
– Respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
– Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute brand campaigns.
– Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
– Assist with virtual events, webinars, and live sessions.
– Identify and engage with potential partners, influencers, and clients.
Qualifications:
– At least two years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role. PREVIOUS references is a MUST.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
– Canva design portfolio is a great asset.
– Understanding of media buying and media posting is a plus.
– Proficiency in using social media management tools.
– Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
– Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
– Ability to work extra hours and
– Knowledge of the Canadian immigration process is a plus.
