We are seeking a dynamic Brand and Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy, marketing implementation, and ad performance guidance. This role requires a deep understanding of brand alignment and the ability to manage comprehensive marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, including analytics, ad platforms, and search console management. You will be responsible for maintaining our website, designing ads, and supporting our marketing and communications teams in executing online campaigns that effectively showcase and grow the business.

Responsibilities

Brand Strategy and Ad Management

Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

Manage the creation and performance of ad campaigns, ensuring they are effective and consistent with our brand’s voice.

Website Maintenance and Development

Oversee the maintenance and update of our website, ensuring it is functional, user-friendly, and up-to-date.

Utilise website builder tools and platforms to enhance site performance and customer engagement.

Design and Content Creation

Design visually appealing ads and marketing materials that effectively convey our brand message.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies for various digital platforms.

Analytics and Performance Monitoring

Utilise analytics tools to track ad performance and user engagement, making data-driven decisions to optimise marketing strategies.

Manage tools like Google Ads and Search Console to monitor campaign results and adjust tactics as needed.

Team Collaboration and Support

Support the marketing and communications teams by providing expertise in online campaigns and digital messaging.

Work closely with team members across departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in a cross-channel marketing agency.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including analytics, search console, and ad platforms.

Experience in website maintenance and using website builder tools.

Desirable

Graphic design skills and the ability to create compelling ads and marketing materials.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Software

Proficiency in using analytics and ad management tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Search Console.

Experience with website builder platforms and design software.

Education

A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
