About Us:
We are a rapidly growing brand in the Home Decor industry. As we continue to expand our reach and engage with our audience, we are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.

Responsibilities:

As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s online presence and fostering a strong community of followers. You will collaborate closely with our graphic designer and marketing team to execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand’s objectives and target audience.

Content Creation and Curation: Collaborate with the graphic designer to create visually appealing and engaging content, including images, videos, and other media. Curate user-generated content to enhance brand authenticity.

Platform Management: Manage and maintain our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring consistency in branding, voice, and messaging.

Community Engagement: Interact with our followers, and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and authentic manner. Foster a sense of community and build meaningful relationships with our audience.

Social Media Calendar: Create and manage a content calendar, scheduling posts and campaigns to ensure a consistent and cohesive online presence.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools. Provide regular reports detailing key metrics, trends, and insights. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Innovation and Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms. Recommend innovative strategies to enhance our social media presence and engage with new audiences.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and customer support to align social media efforts with broader business initiatives.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in the Home Decor industry. Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook is a must.

Creativity: Strong creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and produce visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adept at crafting engaging captions and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance and derive actionable insights.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to trying new approaches based on data and feedback.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
