Job Description

We are looking for a rockstar brand content associate to help us manage our brand content across multiple platforms. We list audits, keyword research collaboration, competitor analysis, file organization, flat file creation/maintenance, and routine compliance checks. The entire catalog to manage is approximately 100 SKUs across channels like Shopify, Woocommerce, Amazon, Walmart, & Etsy.

We are looking to hire someone starting with a monthly budget of $360. We will increase the pay with experience and good performance. There is room in our budget to go higher if you have a related degree, training, and/or experience in the field. After 6 months, the employee can select 5 paid holidays per year and must work 3/4 of the year for a total 13th-month holiday bonus.

We are an eCommerce company selling on Amazon for over 4 years. We sell physical products: beverages, health & wellness, and home goods. We currently have 9 employees and are growing fast. Some of our team is remote, and some report to the facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We all operate independently. We check into our Slack channel daily and have a brief “Daily Stand-Up Meeting.” Getting good work done on time is more important than logging hours.

You are a team player who can work well and be trusted without too much supervision. You are a go-getter that is willing to learn new things. You can research topics online. You have a great internet connection that has over 95% up-time. You have semi-flexible hours, so we can schedule calls in different time zones. You have AMAZING American English. You don’t mind working just a little bit on some weekends. You are a team player.

You must be available for daily status update calls at 9 am ET. These calls can be as short as 15 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
1. Completing competitor research to create graphic design briefs to give requirements to graphic designers for images, videos, or any visual assets required.
2. Managing file storage of completed files and confirming they are in the correct format for each platform.
3. Conducting A/B experiments on content to see which one performs best
4. Optimizing/writing listing copy: title, bullet points, and descriptions
5. Checking that all listings do not have any prohibited or infringing words, images, videos, etc.
6. Listing Quality Checks and implementation
7. Listing Category Checks and updating categories as required

Preferred/Required Skills:
Type 60 words per minute
Google Suite proficiency is preferred. Excel experience required
Ability to learn new things easily
Desire to learn new concepts and strategies
