About Encrypto:

Encrypto empowers crypto whales to purchase luxury assets such as private jets, yachts, and mansions directly with cryptocurrency, while ensuring sellers receive instant fiat payouts. Our platform offers an end-to-end crypto-to-real world asset marketplace and an API for businesses to directly accept cryptocurrencies on their platforms and receive fiat in their bank accounts. By leveraging blockchain technology to facilitate sales within a legacy system, we will generate more business and solidify crypto as an indispensable component of modern commerce.

Encrypto will demonstrate that cryptocurrencies are not only viable, but superior for settlement. Once a crypto transaction is executed and received, it is conclusively secure and settled, thus eliminating the risk of ACH recalls and fraudulent funds. Crypto enthusiasts like to purchase things fast, but banks slow us down. Using Encrypto, crypto natives can avoid typical banking hassles–no multi-day transfers, freezes, delays, or bureaucratic red tape to access your own money. We will allow users to skip the hassle of selling crypto, and directly reinvest their gains into an asset. At Encrypto, ‘rich degens’ can ape into luxury investments on their terms.

Team:

Led by Carnegie Mellon and USC alumni, our team has blockchain roots dating back to 2017, we are pioneers in the field, having established Blockchain@USC, California’s largest student-run and funded blockchain organization. Our team also has with experience developing on/offramp payment and trading solutions at Bakkt. Other key team members have experience from Ethereum Foundation, UMA Protocol, and private jets sales.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2+ years of professional design experience.
– Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of branding projects, including logo design, brand kits, and visual storytelling.
– Must be able to create a brand kit.
– Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiar with wireframing tools like Sketch or Figma.
– Experience in creating compelling pitch decks and visually appealing landing pages.
– Strong understanding of branding principles and market trends.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to deliver effective design solutions under tight deadlines.
– Preferred experience working in tech, cryptocurrency, or luxury asset industries.

Responsibilities:

– Design and develop the visual identity and brand standards for the company, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
– Create a comprehensive brand kit that includes logo variations, color palettes, typography guidelines, and usage rules.
– Design and iterate on pitch decks to effectively communicate the startup’s value proposition to investors and stakeholders.
– Develop and maintain the design of the company’s landing page to enhance user engagement and reflect the brand’s aesthetic.
– Collaborate with the product development team to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing wireframes and user interfaces for the app.
– Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that all designs align with business goals and user experience standards.
– Provide creative direction and insights for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
– Continuously research and implement best practices in graphic design and user experience design.

Nice to have:

– Experience in managing external vendors and design agencies.
– Skills in motion graphics or video editing.
– Knowledge of front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Passion for emerging technologies, particularly blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
