Brand Designer

We are looking for talented and motivated Graphic Designers to join our design team and get flat daily pay to create incredible designs for our clients. As a freelance position, you will be compensated based on the number of design projects you deliver.

Your responsibilities will include the following:
– Design a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with design tools and software like Figma, Illustrators, and Photoshop.
– Coordinate and collaborate effectively with project manager, clients, and colleagues to deliver high-quality designs on a short delay, usually a maximum of 24 hours per project.
– Produce drafts and make revisions based on the feedback received.

– Once accepted into our network, you get daily notifications about graphic design orders matching your skills.
– You will have access to our dashboard to review project details, including deadlines, and will also have access to a private Slack channel for communication and collaboration with clients.

The minimum requirements for this position include the following:
– 2 years of experience in graphic design.
– Proficient in Figma, the Adobe Creative Suite (Ai, PS, and Indd), and Canva.
– Good English communication, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly.
– Respect the average project turnaround of 24 hours per order.
– Deliver a minimum of 3-5 orders per day, with the ability to take on multiple projects simultaneously.
– Remote, freelance position with the freedom to choose when and where you work.
– Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
– Good interpersonal skills and client-handling experience.
– Team player with a sense of humor.
