Brand Designer

Work with rising startups and established enterprises to build up their presence as a Brand Designer at a creative agency!

We’re looking for a savvy designer with an excellent visual eye and solid understanding of identity design to create the holistic visual direction and logos for various clients.

Your daily responsibilities would include:

1. Understand client needs and preferences from discovery sessions to craft visual directions (e.g. stylescapes / moodboards, typography selection, color selection, imagery, etc.)
2. Create brand identity assets (e.g. logos)
3. As needed, give feedback to other designers to align their work with the visual direction you have set

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 3 years experience in the following:

1. Visual design (e.g. graphics, identity design, etc.)
2. Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop

About you:

– You’re proactive and confident pushing things forward
– Your English writing, reading, and listening skills are excellent
– You are prompt with communication, and can explain your designs over a recorded screenshare + audio

You’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them:

– Web research using search engines like Google, Bing, etc.
– Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Calendar)
– Notion (project management)
– Slack (communication)
– Float (time tracking – rough estimates for project profitability analysis, not to micromanage of your time)

Welcomed, but not required skills (we can teach you):

– UI/UX Design / Product Design

Work schedule and holidays

This is a full-time position, Mondays to Fridays, flexible hours.
Part-time is negotiable based on skillset.

You’ll qualify for 10 vacation leaves and 10 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period. We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day. When applying, please put Renoir as the first word in your application’s subject line.
