About Us:

LornaBell is a forward-thinking and innovative film and marketing company committed to creating a powerful and cohesive brand presence. We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Brand Design and Strategy Specialist to help shape and elevate our brand identity. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about brand design, storytelling, and possesses a keen eye for detail.

You will be creating content for several different brands as well as our film company.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of our brand identity, ensuring that it remains consistent, compelling, and aligned with our company’s values and objectives.
Visual Branding: Create and maintain a consistent visual brand language, including logos, color schemes, typography, and design guidelines.
Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategies that communicate our core values, positioning, and unique selling propositions, both internally and externally.
Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives and messaging that effectively convey the brand’s story and resonate with the target audience.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive landscapes to inform brand strategy.
Brand Awareness: Drive brand awareness and recognition through the development of marketing collateral, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Measurement and Analysis: Monitor the impact and success of branding efforts and use data-driven insights to refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Design Expertise: Proficiency in graphic design and an understanding of design principles, with the ability to create visually appealing brand assets.
Strategic Thinker: A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform brand strategies.
Creativity: Strong creative and artistic skills to create and maintain a unique and engaging brand identity.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting brand messages and presenting strategies.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and emerging design trends.
Experience: Previous experience in branding, graphic design, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and design software.
Familiarity with market research and analysis tools.
Previous experience in brand design and strategy development.
