Objectives:
Brand Identity Development: Create and enhance unique brand identities that reflect the core values and benefits of each venture, appealing to a broad range of consumers.
Visual Consistency: Ensure a cohesive and visually compelling presence across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Market Differentiation: Develop strategies to distinguish each brand in competitive markets, emphasizing unique selling points and value propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in initial consultations to deeply understand the specifics of each venture, including target audiences and marketing goals.
Develop innovative concepts for a unified brand aesthetic that can be adapted across various digital and physical formats.
Design logos that are adaptable for use on different scales and media, maintaining impact and visibility.
Create comprehensive brand style guides detailing color schemes, typography, iconography, and other visual elements.
Design packaging and promotional materials that stand out on both e-commerce platforms and retail shelves, effectively conveying key features and benefits.
Iteratively refine designs based on team feedback to ensure the final products align perfectly with each brand’s vision.
Deliver final designs in multiple formats suitable for print, packaging, and digital use.

Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in logo, branding, and packaging design, with a portfolio to demonstrate past work.
* Expert proficiency with graphic design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
* Excellent collaborative and communication skills to effectively work with the marketing and product development teams.
* Insight into current design trends in the food and wellness industries as well as a solid understanding of marketing on social media platforms.
* Experience in incorporating complex product information into visually appealing design elements.
* Knowledge of print and packaging technologies and materials is a plus.
Deliverables:
* A scalable logo design in various file formats (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, etc.).
* A brand style guide that includes comprehensive usage guidelines.
* Print-ready packaging design files, compliant with all regulatory standards.
* All original design files (e.g., Adobe Illustrator files).
Project Timeline:
* Initial design concepts due within 1 week from project start.
* Complete project expected to be finalized within 3-4 weeks.
* Opportunity to stay on full time after successful completion of gig assignment.
