Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic, innovative Brand Engagement Specialist to join our Marketing team. This position is responsible for crafting and implementing strategies that connect our brand with our target audience in a meaningful way, fostering a robust sense of loyalty and commitment to our products and services. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, with a strong understanding of current marketing trends and technologies, including social media, influencer partnerships, and content marketing.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement engagement strategies to maximize brand loyalty and customer retention.
2. Identify and leverage trending engagement opportunities on social media and other digital platforms.
3. Coordinate with the Creative Art Director and Digital Media Specialist to create engaging, brand-consistent content.
4. Collaborate with influencers and industry leaders to promote our brand and build strong partnerships.
5. Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements.
6. Identify and understand our audience’s preferences, behaviors, and how our brand can fit into their lifestyle.
7. Assist in the development and execution of experiential marketing campaigns and events.
8. Regularly review competitors and industry trends to keep our brand relevant and ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in brand management, customer engagement, or related role.
3. Proven track record of creating and implementing successful brand engagement strategies.
4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
5. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively.
7. Proficient in MS Office Suite or Google Workspace and familiar with digital marketing software and tools.
8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Working Conditions:

This position is remote and supports our headquarters. Occasional travel may be required for events and conferences.
