The Brand Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring The Rainmaker Family voice is heard in the responses to comments across multiple social media platforms. You will carry our brand values and make sure they are reflected in all interactions with those who comment on our videos and posts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Works with Customer Support to provide a smooth transition in the comment moderation role
– Resolves customer issues effectively – seeing the root of the problem and bringing ideas for solutions to Customer Support Lead in a timely manner.
– Ensures that all customer comments are responded to in a timely manner.
– Confirms that all appropriate Bonjoro videos are sent out daily to leads and new Mastermind students
– Responsible for confirming payment and admitting leads into the Mastermind
– Keep an eye out for opportunities for growth by taking note of trends, both negative and positive, in the comments and posts left by The Rainmaker Family following.
