Overview:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Designer to join our global team. In this role, you will create visually engaging and strategic content across various digital platforms using tools such as Canva, Illustrator, and Figma. Your designs will directly support our marketing and business development efforts, helping to enhance the visibility and appeal of schools across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Content Creation: Craft compelling and effective graphics and layouts for digital marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials. Utilize design software like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma to produce high-quality visuals.

Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and communicate our message with high visual impact. Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all promotional activities.

Collaborative Design Development: Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to conceptualize and execute designs that effectively communicate strategic messages and engage target audiences.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Design Software: Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and other graphic design software are essential. A good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory is also required.

Experience in Digital Design: Proven experience creating graphics for digital platforms. A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design for various digital mediums and formats is highly desirable.

Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically about how visual design can enhance communication and engagement. Must be able to see projects from concept through completion.
