We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Brand Manager to join our team on a commission-based arrangement. As a Brand Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure strategic collocations and partnerships that align with our brand objectives and drive business growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our brand’s reach, increasing brand visibility, and enhancing customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
*Identify Potential Collocations and Partnerships: Conduct market research to identify potential collocations and partnerships that align with our brand’s values, target audience, and business goals.
*Establish and Maintain Relationships: Initiate contact and build strong relationships with potential collocations and partners, including but not limited to businesses, influencers, organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
*Negotiate and Secure Partnerships: Collaborate with potential collocations and partners to develop mutually beneficial collaboration agreements. Negotiate terms, contracts, and any necessary legal agreements to ensure a successful partnership.
*Brand Representation: Act as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador during partnership discussions and negotiations. Effectively communicate our brand’s values, goals, and expectations to potential collocations and partners.
*Marketing Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop joint marketing campaigns and initiatives that leverage the strengths of both our brand and the collocation/partner, aiming to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
*Track and Evaluate Results: Monitor the effectiveness and impact of partnerships and collocations through measurable metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular reports on the progress, success, and ROI of each collaboration.
*Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to identify new opportunities and potential partnerships that could benefit our brand.
Requirements:
*Proven Experience: Prior experience in brand management, business development, or partnership management is highly desirable.
*Strong Networking Skills: Excellent networking, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain connections with potential collocations and partners.
*Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and identify collocations and partnerships that align with our brand’s goals and target audience.
*Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey our brand’s values, negotiate partnerships, and collaborate with various stakeholders.
*Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations. Track record of delivering successful partnerships and measurable results.
*Market Awareness: In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices related to brand management and partnerships.
*Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
