Job Description

We are looking for a Brand Manager. The position will be responsible for leading the overall strategy and direction for the brand. They will work closely with marketing, sales, and the operations teams to ensure that the brand is aligned with the company’s overall vision and goals.

This role requires a highly strategic and visionary individual with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will also be responsible for driving the brand’s growth and profitability, and will be accountable for the overall success of the brand.

In this role you will:

–Develop and execute a strategic vision for the brand, in alignment with the company’s overall goals
–Oversee all aspects of the brand, including product development, marketing, sales, and operations
–Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the brand is aligned with the company’s overall vision and goals
–Drive the brand’s growth and profitability through strategic initiatives and campaigns
–Analyze market research to understand consumer trends and preferences
–Track brand performance and adjust strategies as necessary
–Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and influencers
–Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

About You:

–Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field
–Prior Amazon experience is required
–Strong leadership and communication skills
–A professional and courteous disposition.
–Proven track record of driving brand growth and profitability
–Experience in market research and analysis
–Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
–Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
–Strong project management skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines
–Ability to think creatively and outside of the box
–Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

This role is 100% remote work.

Work From Home Set-Up & Work Schedule. Since this role is 100% remote, we require:

–Stable internet service is a must. The primary internet should be wired on either DSL or FIBER connection with a download/ upload minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
–Should have a backup internet solution – LTE Mobile Data or Pocket WIFI
–A desktop Computer or Laptop preferably with Intel i3 or equivalent processor, Windows 7 and above or MAC OSX OS, 8GB RAM
–A good headset with an extended microphone and noise cancellation is preferred
Good external or integrated webcam
