Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team remotely. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our brand’s reputation across various platforms and ensuring consistent messaging and customer engagement. Your role will encompass the following tasks:
• Manage customer service inquiries and ensure timely responses across platforms such as Facebook, Yotpo, Google My Business, Amazon USA, and Amazon CA.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews on Amazon USA and CA to maintain a positive brand image.
• Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective management of customer interactions and feedback.
• Identify and engage with key influencers and reviewers to promote our products, particularly focusing on enhancing our Amazon ratings and reviews.
• Implement and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for handling customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on various platforms.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to align brand initiatives with overall business goals.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to recommend innovative strategies for brand enhancement.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role in managing brand reputation and customer interactions, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
– Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with the ability to effectively manage online customer interactions.
– Experience with managing and responding to customer feedback on platforms like Amazon, Google My Business, and social media channels.
– Excellent communication skills and proficiency in written English.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
