Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Operational Manager to oversee our Private Label Department on a part-time basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient operations, client satisfaction, and strategic management of Amazon account activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce, particularly in managing Amazon accounts, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Team Management and Coordination:
Conduct daily meetings with team members to stay updated on their tasks and progress.
Provide guidance and assistance in resolving challenges and optimizing workflow.
In-depth review of team members’ work before submission to clients.
Monitor the progress of team members and support their development.
2- Client Communication and Reporting:
Prepare and send detailed daily reports to clients.
Understand and respond effectively to client queries.
Focus on client retention and strive for client success.
3- Amazon Account Management:
Perform daily checks on all Amazon accounts to identify and address any issues.
Implement strategies to maintain healthy account status and compliance with Amazon policies.
4- PPC and Marketing Strategy:
In-depth analysis and management of PPC campaigns.
Develop and implement strategies tailored to the nature and requirements of products.
Aim for lower ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales) and improved TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales), while ensuring strong conversion rates.
5- Operations Planning and Process Optimization:
Oversee operational planning and process optimization.
Document all processes and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the team.
Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operational management, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
Strong knowledge of Amazon platform management and PPC campaigns.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
