Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager with a strong digital focus to lead the overall look and feel of our website and design of all collateral for our internal lead generation campaigns. This role will work closely with our in-house copywriter to produce compelling visual and written content. If you have a background in digital art, a portfolio showcasing your expertise in lead generation campaigns, and experience with B2B marketing on LinkedIn, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development & Strategy:
Guide and maintain the visual consistency and brand image across all digital touchpoints.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that our brand message is consistent and engaging.
Lead Generation Campaigns:
Design and develop all art, design, and oversee all internal marketing content before being deployed in campaigns managed by other team members, ensuring alignment with our brand’s visual and messaging standards.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for higher conversion rates and ROI.
Website Management:
Lead the design and user experience of our website to align with our brand’s image.
Collaborate with our in-house copywriter to produce compelling and cohesive content for the website.
Digital Art & Design:
Utilize your digital art expertise to produce compelling visuals for our campaigns, website, and other digital touchpoints.
Collaborate with our copywriter to integrate written content seamlessly with design elements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Branding, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in lead generation campaigns and digital art projects.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Demonstrated experience with B2B marketing, especially on platforms like LinkedIn.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and effectively manage multiple projects.
Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
