Brand Marketing Assistant

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a Brand Marketing Assistant to perform administrative duties in support of our brand marketing team. As a Brand Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for managing artwork and packaging updates, completing and submitting forms, auditing website content and reviewing and maintaining online content and database entries. You will also be responsible for maintaining project trackers and various other marketing tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Manage art updates and routing processes for all artwork and copy changes
– Create and submit request forms for marketing projects
– Maintain task and project trackers
– Review specifications across various forms and compare them to the database to ensure accuracy
– Collaborate with marketing team to identify action needed on various requests and projects
– Develop and maintain project trackers and project management software to monitor progress and deadlines
– Create and update website product description pages to ensure consistency and accuracy of online content
– Handle QR code requests and maintenance of online product information database
– Assist with various other marketing related tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar role
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Proficiency in using digital tools and software relevant to marketing tasks including Outlook, Word, Excel, project management software and others
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
– Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
– Sense of urgency

WORKING HOURS:
– 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM USA/Pacific Standard Time
