Massive Capital is growing and looking to add a kickass Paid Ads Manager to our Team aligned with our Brand

We have done a good job to set a baseline for marketing where we are having new investor signing up daily. Now
we need to optimize both our Brand Strategy for current and future investors along with paid marketing. This is
where you come in.

As our Brand Manager at Massive Capital, you will develop and execute the Massive Capital Strength brand
strategy. The Brand Manager will be responsible for supporting the Massive Capital Strength brand through clear
brand positioning, partnering with Massive Capital teams, creating compelling content, and developing a
comprehensive marketing plan to drive awareness and sales. We’re seeking someone who believes in the power of
education and investing in real estate.

As our Paid Ads Manager, you’ll be responsible for spearheading our efforts to provide paid digital advertising to
our roster of clients in an impactful, repeatable, and efficient way. Your role will encompass creating, managing,
and optimizing campaigns on Meta & Google Ads Managers, developing standard operating procedures, and
implementing comprehensive reporting systems, often for multiple clients at a time. You will play a pivotal part in
strategizing ad spend, identifying target audiences, and enhancing ROAS/ROI through detailed analysis and
optimization. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients and our team to ensure seamless onboarding and
consistent campaign success, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional digital advertising solutions.

Brand Manager: Our Manager will:
• Develop the brand strategy and positioning, ensuring that it is aligned with the overall Massive Capital brand
and resonates with the target audience.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams at Massive Capital HQ, including design, sales, and marketing, to
launch and market new products and collections.
• Must have the ability pick up a camera, capture a shot in the gym, turn it into a social post and love every
second of it.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing,
influencer marketing, and content marketing.
• Manage the brand budget, including tracking and reporting on marketing spend and ROI.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer
insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including athletes, influencers, and industry
partners.
• Ensure that all brand communications and visual assets are consistent with the Massive Capital brand
standards and guidelines.

Paid ad Manager: Our Paid Ads Manager will:
• Clearly document all new processes as they are developed
• Lead paid media efforts with a focus on improving conversion rate (CVR).
• Develop and optimize website content to enhance user experience and drive conversions. Update website
content, including copywriting, imagery, and calls-to-action, to improve engagement and encourage
conversions.
• Create, set up, run, and optimize Meta Ads Manager + Google Ads for multiple clients at a time
• Create + implement dashboards / standard reporting to convey results to our clients
• Implement FB Pixel and GA tags on client websites in order to optimize traffic + conversions
• Help identify optimal target audiences for new clients and strategize how to reach them effectively
• Monitor and optimize ROAS / ROI for each client via traffic and conversion campaigns
• 3-5 years of experience in multi-tactical paid media/ ecommerce management, including UX, A/B testing, and
web analytics.
• Continuously monitor and analyze A/B test results, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies and
improve performance.
• Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, and ROAs using MTA modeling.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail regarding design layouts, influencing creative, copy, and UX
strategies.
• Strong qualitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills with demonstrated use of analysis and metrics to drive
continuous improvement and decision making.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization/time management skills; demonstrated ability to work under
pressure to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable operating in a fast paced, ever-changing environment; someone who thrives in ambiguity and
adapts quickly.
• Conduct thorough audits of the website to identify usability issues, friction points, and barriers to
conversion.
• Collaborate with various teams (Marketing, eCommerce Operations, CRM, Creative Producers, and
Business Analytics) and Brand Managers to plan and execute high-impact creative, ensure consistent
brand voice, and understand results.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRO to continuously
improve strategies and tactics.
• Provide regular reports and updates on CRO performance to revenue leadership, highlighting successes,
insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external developers to prioritize website enhancements based on business
goals and user feedback.

Other Subsidiary Direction: Our Paid Ads Manager will:
• Massive Capital actively looking into acquiring equity positions of other companies and our Brand
Manager will manage our branding while keeping affiliate brands separate.

To be successful, you should have:
• A self-starter outlook, plenty of motivation, and a passion for helping businesses grow
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow a Paid Ads operation with little guidance
• Combined 3+ years of performance marketing/paid ads experience
• A proven track record of directly and effectively managing a USD $100k+ performance marketing budget
• Strong account management skills with proven ability to build strong client relationships
• Expertise in ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager + Google Ad Manager, plus a passion for learning
new platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, OTT/CTV and more
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into paid ads strategies with defined KPIs
• Confident English speaker with ability to interact with clients if necessary (not in lead role, but this will
happen)
• Friendly attitude with enthusiasm for helping our clients and team learn and grow
