**Who You Are**

We’re looking for someone who meets the following requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply.

– Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role
– Experience managing social media platforms, especially Discord and Telegram.
– Background in content creation and social media strategy.
– Excellent verbal and written communication.
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build community relationships.
– Proficient in social media management and analytics tools.
– Familiar with community engagement strategies and moderation techniques.

**What You’ll Do**

The role is dynamic and may evolve based on client needs, but the basic responsibilities are as follows:

– Manage and grow communities on Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit.
– Engage with community members by responding to comments and messages.
– Organize and host community events such as AMAs (Ask Me Anything), live streams, and discussions.
– Develop and implement content strategies to drive engagement.
– Create and curate posts, images, videos, and infographics.
– Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging.
– Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
– Monitor brand sentiment and address any issues or negative feedback.
– Monitor social media channels to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
– Enforce community guidelines and manage any violations.
– Track and analyze community and engagement metrics.
– Prepare regular reports on community health and trends.
– Provide insights and recommendations to improve community strategies.

**Technical Requirements**

– High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection)
– Noise-canceling headset
– Fast computer
– Power and internet backup required

**Expectations**

– Rate starts at $6-8 per hour (DOE)
– Timezone: Eastern or Pacific
– Full-Time Role
