About the job:

We are looking for a rockstar Brand Strategist who can bring a unique mix of strategy & creativity to the table, someone who can work and hone clients visual identity and online presence.

Our company needs someone who is a key player. You will shape and refine clients’ visual identity and online presence while aligning with their business goals. With excellent English and communication skills, you will manage multiple diverse projects and collaborate seamlessly with our digital and content teams.

We’re looking for someone who can work 40 hours a week, Central Time, with the opportunity to go full-time after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

Identify target audience segments and develop customer personas to inform brand communication strategies.
Create brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints, including visual identity, tone of voice, and brand personality.
Demonstrate clear communication and ensure timely project delivery
Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for brand innovation.
Conduct brand audits and competitor analysis to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies for brand growth.
Exceptional copywriting skills
Experience in graphic design is an added advantage
Design thinking principles to create captivating digital, print, and video graphics

Salary is based on experience. Budget is between $1500 up to $2000.
