Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative and cohesive branding strategies and visual design concepts that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
Create and design logos, typography, color palettes, and other visual elements that effectively represent the brand’s identity and values.
Design and produce various brand collateral such as marketing materials, packaging, presentations, social media graphics, and website assets.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and platforms.
Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, translating insights into effective design solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, and share knowledge and best practices with the team.
Present design concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs to achieve desired outcomes.
Work closely with external agencies and vendors to coordinate brand-related projects and ensure quality and timely delivery.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience (3 years) working as a Branding Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of branding and visual design projects.
Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Solid understanding of brand identity, typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.
Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies effectively.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to think critically and problem-solve.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to actively contribute to a cross-functional team.
