Branding Manager/Director

Salary Range: PHP 80,000 – 100,000

Responsibilities:

– Craft strategies to establish 7 Leaves Cafe as the go-to coffee spot in town.
– Maintain brand consistency across all channels – online, print, signage, packaging, and in-store experiences.
– Dive into market research, uncover trends, and refine our brand positioning.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media, website, blog, and emails.
– Ensure all marketing materials match our visual identity and messaging guidelines.
– Lead innovative campaigns, promotions, and events for brand awareness and customer acquisition.
– Analyze performance metrics, optimize initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations.
– Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and partners for collaborative marketing efforts.
– Stay ahead of industry trends and share knowledge to foster continuous improvement.
– Mentor and guide our branding and marketing professionals to excel.

Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
– 5+ years of branding or brand management experience.
– Preferably in the food and beverage, coffee and tea, or restaurant industry.
