We are looking to take the company to the next level and need to ensure our brand matches our production level. We are a two-man team that has meetings every day at 9:30 AM MST (PST now). **Job Description:**
You will be tasked with maintaining the company’s brand, taking notes on company ideas, and determining what’s needed to deliver on these ideas. Your responsibilities include generating new engagement ideas, following US real estate agents to mimic engaging content, and staying on top of US trends to develop relevant content. You will monitor and engage with social media posts, as well as oversee AI-driven content. A background as a branding specialist, with a focus on targeting real estate investors, is a plus. You will implement branding strategies, develop marketing materials, and foster brand awareness among potential real estate investors.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and execute branding strategies to target and engage with potential real estate buyers, sellers and investors (More weight on investing) .
– Create compelling marketing materials, including digital and print assets, to promote the company’s real estate offerings.
– Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communication channels.
– Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential target audiences in the real estate and investment sector.
– Monitor and analyze the performance of branding efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

**Qualifications:**
– Background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
– Proven experience in branding, marketing, or advertising, preferably in real estate or related industries (specifically in real estate is a plus)
– An understanding of branding principles, market research, and audience segmentation.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling brand messages.
– Proficiency in design tools, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools is a plus.
– Light video editing is a plus or willingness to learn.
