A highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistant. As an Admin Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of loan applications. Your primary responsibilities will include organizing relevant documents for application submission, entering data into our CRM software, following up with clients for outstanding documents, and ensuring compliance with all necessary information and documentation.
Key Tasks:
• Organising relevant documents for application submission: You will be responsible for reviewing the checklist provided and ensuring all necessary documents are gathered and organized for each application.
• Entering all relevant data in CRM software: Accurate data entry into our CRM software is essential to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client records. You will be responsible for entering all relevant information accurately and efficiently.
• Following up with clients via email: You will communicate with clients to request any outstanding documents or additional information needed to complete their applications. Effective written communication skills are required for this task.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant information and documents: Compliance is of utmost importance in the loan application process. You will verify that all files are compliant, with all necessary information and documents attached. Training and a checklist will be provided to guide you in this task.
• Contacting banks, broker support teams, and business development managers: You may need to reach out to banks, broker support teams, and business development managers to check on deals and policies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for application processing.
• Liaising with conveyancers, real estate agents, accountants, and lenders: Collaboration with various stakeholders such as conveyancers, real estate agents, accountants, and lenders is essential to facilitate a smooth application process. Clear and effective communication skills will be required to liaise with these parties.
• Management of the settlement pipeline: You will be responsible for managing the settlement pipeline, ensuring that all necessary tasks and documentation are completed in a timely manner. Post-settlement duties may also be required.

• Software training: We will provide training on the specific software applications used in our processes to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills for the job.
