Bubble (No-Code) Developer

Hello! We are looking for a no-code Click to view developer to help us with the development of some of our bubble web apps.

Job requirements:

The job we’re hiring for is an entry level leadership position for our creative software company. We have multiple projects in the pipeline and we’re looking to development these projects quicker by bringing in a project leader to see the project through to completion. Some job duties will include:

1. Build New Apps: Using Click to view to finalize the development of the apps that we already have started but are not yet launched.

2. Improve Existing Apps: Using bubble to improve the apps we already have launched in the market.

3. Meetings: Because you’ll be responsible for the management of the software project you’ll be assigned to, you’ll be required to meet once / week for a quick 45 – 60 minute virtual video meeting where, as a team, we’ll do a weekly retrospective and align on goals moving forward into the next week. Our objective will always be to improve the experience for our software’s users and we’ll use these meeting opportunities to plan for the week ahead.

Tests

If you are shortlisted for the job we will ask you to complete a short paid test (usually only takes an hour or two). We will pay you for the time it takes you to complete the test. With this test we’re looking for candidates who:

1. Work well unsupervised.
2. Work quickly.
3. Have a strong eye for details.

Training

We have a comprehensive training system to help maximize your performance. So while being an expert at bubble is a plus, new bubble developers can also apply and we’re happy to provide the training to help you upgrade your skills 🙂

Compensation

Negotiable: php 30,000 (roughly $500 / month depending hours / skills / previous experience etc). We are looking for both full time employees (8 hours / day) as well as part time (4 hours / day). We also have incentivization programs in place which allows you to earn more than your base salary based on platform performance.
