Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team for the development of The ERG Spark, a web-based application. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in creating an intuitive and visually appealing user interface that enhances the user experience for ERG (Employee Resource Group) leaders, program managers, and vendors. Your expertise in user-centered design principles, wireframing, and visual design will contribute to the success of this innovative web app.

Key Features:
Content Management: Organize and manage ERG programming examples, vendor profiles, and other content.
Programming Examples Listing: Showcase a curated list of ERG programming examples with filtering and sorting options (similar to fiverr without the booking feature).
User Profiles: Allow users to create profiles, save favorite examples, and collaborate within teams.
Vendor Profiles: Highlight vendor services and facilitate direct contact or booking. (Exactly like Fiverr)
Project Objectives:
Design a user-friendly Bubble app that simplifies ERG programming and collaboration.
Provide a platform for curating, sharing, and collaborating on ERG programming examples.
Create an inviting and inspiring environment for vendors to showcase their services.

Scope of Work:
Wireframes and Mockups: Develop wireframes and mockups for key app screens, including homepage, programming examples listing, user profiles, vendor profiles, and more.
User Interface Design: Design visually appealing user interfaces based on the wireframes, considering color schemes, typography, buttons, icons, and other design elements.
Responsive Design: Ensure designs are responsive and adapt well to various screen sizes, from desktop to mobile devices.
Content Presentation: Present ERG programming examples and vendor profiles in an organized and engaging manner.
Icons and Graphics: Create icons and graphics that enhance the app’s visual appeal and usability.
Collaboration: Work closely with the front-end developer to ensure seamless implementation of the designs.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the project manager and front-end developer to understand project goals, user requirements, and design objectives.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively illustrate the web app’s layout, navigation, and user flows.
Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with The ERG Movement’’s values, and target audience.
Develop responsive designs that ensure a seamless experience across various devices and screen sizes.
Use a user-centered design approach to prioritize user needs and optimize the user journey.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of design elements and interactions on the Bubble platform.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively refine and improve the user interface.
Design icons, graphics, and visual elements that enhance the app’s aesthetic appeal and usability.
Ensure consistent design patterns and maintain a cohesive visual identity throughout the web app.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful web app projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web applications.
Ability to create responsive designs that adapt well to different screen sizes.
Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.
Knowledge of front-end development principles and collaboration with development teams.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work within a cross-functional team.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Innovative mindset and working style with an eye for creative design

Additional Information:
This is a remote contract position.
Project completion expected September 22nd, 2023.
The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful project that promotes belonging for employees of all backgrounds in the workplace.
Pay is PHP 17,000. The first 50?livered at the first draft and the remaining 50% to be paid out at the completion of this project.
