Bubbly Fresh, a leading provider of cleaning services, is actively seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our organization, the Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s growth by efficiently managing a diverse range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Interaction: Promptly answer incoming calls during business hours, addressing queries from potential customers interested in our cleaning services. Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating information about our offerings.
* Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy. Meticulously document relevant information for resolution for other team members, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
* Dispatcher Role: Serve as a dispatcher by tracking providers’ estimated completion times for cleanings. Communicate accurate ETAs to to clients, optimizing efficiency in service delivery.
* Client Communication: Keep clients informed about the expected arrival of service providers, fostering transparency and trust. Conduct follow-up calls post-cleaning to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage clients to leave reviews, contributing to the company’s online presence.
* Quality Assurance: In cases where cleaning services fall short of expectations, work collaboratively with the team to address and resolve issues.
* Neutral English Accent: Demonstrate an ability to communicate with a crystal-clear, neutral English accent, ensuring effective comprehension and communication with English-speaking clients.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a customer service role.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities efficiently.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant software applications.

Pay
82.50/ Weekly
