Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Building Modeller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with building plans, and software modelling of houses. You will be an important part of our team, playing a vital role in providing high quality models that support Energy Efficiency consultancy work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop building models for residential houses using HERO software .
• Perform energy simulations and thermal performance assessments.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure timely delivery of models.
• Participate in training and development.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in HERO software and building modelling best practices.
Requirements:
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-sovling skills are essential.
• Excellent computer expertise, particularly in any graphic/building modelling software.
• Proficiency in interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant degree in Architecture, Engineering, Science or any related field is preferred but not required.
The Work
• This is a flexible working hours position, Monday to Friday. You may work the required hours any time Monday to Friday, as long as you communicate well in advance.
• Philippines public holidays off – paid.
• We will provide lots of training and will always be available to help – but once you are up to speed, we will expect you to be able to work independently with minimal extra input.
• We will require you to use hours tracking software, and keep us updated on the progress of your work.
