ABOUT US:
We’re a young, ambitious, and small (but growing!) company that’s making a massive impact in the business world. Founded in London, United Kingdom, we do business all over the globe, but as a fully remote team.

We have 3 main brands within our company:
An established consultancy service that creates Business Plans and Financial Forecasting for startup ventures.
A patented digital signage software solution (already in operation in USA & Canada).
A bespoke AI content generation software tool that’s taking the Social Media/ SEO world by storm.

Our culture is transparent; feel comfortable to ask if something isn’t clear and express your difference of opinion. Learning and growth is very important for our team (both personally and professionally). We work hard and we have fun.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for a full-time superstar Business Administration & Client Coordinator who will join our team to take over the day-to-day operations and make a huge impact.

Our culture is collaborative, friendly and open. We hire people who are smart, ambitious, and have a strong desire to learn and grow.

Sounds like you? If yes, this is an exciting long-term opportunity for you.

You will be reporting directly to the owners (we have 3 owners). We are growing and will hire more team members, so you have the potential to become a manager… if you are amazing.

As you grow, the position can grow with you, based on your skills and interests: Want to do Social Media? Awesome! Want to focus on Graphic Design? Fantastic! Want to learn Copywriting? Amazing!

Whatever direction your passions and talents take you, we’ll offer you free training and courses so you really can live up to your full potential.

We’re not just looking for someone who can support our team, we’re looking for someone to lead.

Are you ready?

If you’d like to join us on our journey and grow together with us, we’re looking forward to meeting you.

YOUR ROLE ON THE TEAM:
As a Business Administration & Client Coordinator you will be on the front line with our customers, and lead all customer support related projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will shift and grow and you’ll gradually be in charge of most daily operations. We’ll train you on everything.

Example responsibilities:
Customer service – you’ll be supporting customers through all our sales channels, as well as social media. All communications are chat and email based (no phone).
Platform management – you’ll learn to manage (and eventually be an expert with) Fiverr, WordPress, Calendly, Zoom, Slack, Canva and any other platforms that we use.
Lead generation – Internet research and building structured lead lists.
Social Media management – using our inhouse bespoke software to generate social media content.
Data analysis and reporting. Analyse various types of data, use excel spreadsheets. You’ll develop approaches to gathering this data, understanding it, and visualising it.
Be a fun team player that contributes to our culture!

ABOUT YOU / REQUIRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:
When it comes to skills, we’re all learning on the go. We don’t expect you to know everything, but you’ll have to be ready and willing to learn. In order to be successful at this role, you need to bring this to the table:

Must have experience:
At least 2 years experience in a Customer Support role (email or chat).
Be proficient in using Canva for Content Creation and Design.
Web Research, Data Collection, and Data Entry.

Must have unlimited access to:
Your own computer.
Stable internet connection.
Microphone and speakers (for team calls).

Must have skills:
Advanced/Natively fluent in English: both written and verbal, as well as grammar and verbiage.
Proactive problem solver and detective – able to think through any problem, research solutions, and propose resolutions–you’ll actively follow up until the task is complete–not wait or stop after the first step.
Super detail oriented and organised – Nothing slips past you. You’ll double check emails and review your tasks to make sure that everything is done correctly.
Assertive and willing to speak up – you feel comfortable asking for help, bringing up concerns, and proposing new ideas. If you disagree, tell us and explain why.
Comfortable with constructive criticism – If we notice that you can improve at something, we’ll talk to you about it. We’ll be respectful, but direct and quick. Do not apply if you’re not comfortable with constructive criticism.

Optional but big pluses:
Experience managing social media accounts.
Simple graphic design.
Experience with email marketing.
Experience with video editing software.

PAY, WORKING HOURS, HOW TO APPLY
