Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Human Resources and Recruitment:
? Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and
interviews.
? Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant
laws and regulations.
? Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
? Maintain records of staff training completed, maintain the company Learning
Management System (LMS), create Staff Training Courses in the LMS as directed.
? Handle employee relations, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
? Work with department heads to assess staffing needs and facilitate workforce planning.
Marketing and Content Creation:
? Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
? Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media,
website, and email marketing.
? Analyse marketing data and trends to optimise campaigns and outreach efforts.
? Coordinate marketing events, promotions, and partnerships.
Use of AI Tools:
? Identify and implement AI tools and technologies to streamline administrative processes.
? Stay updated on advancements in AI and recommend innovative solutions to enhance
operational efficiency.
? Train team members on the use of AI tools and provide ongoing support.
Operational Management:
? Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
? Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
? Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures for smooth workflow.
? Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
Personal Assistance and Technical Proficiency:
? Provide absolute right-hand support, including diary and email management, travel
bookings, and other tasks as directed.
? Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by managing a central directory,
writing SOPs as directed, and collecting and filing SOPs written by our sources.

Qualifications and Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
? Familiarity with AI tools and technologies.
? Strong leadership and team management skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
? Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
? Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to HR and marketing.
? Detail-oriented and highly organised.
? Prior experience in operational management is a plus.

Additional Requirements:
? Tech-savvy with a secure internet connection and a laptop for remote work.
? Proficiency in Google Suite tools.

Work Schedule:
? Start time: 9:00 AM Sydney time.
