Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented person from a secretarial or administrative support background who is looking to use their current skills to join our company but with the ambition to grow with our company.
Our firm needs someone willing to do a large amount of data inputting and report preparation. We recognize the repetitiveness of these tasks, but it is important work and when done badly it is noticed by all in the company. Other parts of this role will be to create and maintain the product listings (no previous experience needed as we will train you) and fix issues when these arise.
The firm intends to automate a large amount of this data inputting in 18/24 months time, but by then you will have gained skills and experience which will lead to other work. This will depend on what you want to do / are good at / what the business needs. In effect this role offers the opportunity to someone who wishes to learn how Amazon works through on the job training whilst doing tasks which they are already experienced in.
We will help you pick up new skills within Amazon (the world leading e-commerce store) which will improve your general life skills and grow your own skill set.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
? Assist General Manager
? Sales administration: Input data; prepare sales reports; highlight sales trends, monitor rival’s listings; highlight listing improvements; ensure current costs are being applied to listings
? Create and maintain product listings and solving any problems
? Advertising: Update reports and input data.
? Work 8 hours a day – 5 days a week
FIRM BACKGROUND:
Sargoby has been trading profitably for 6 years and sells across 4 continents and 16 countries.
We are currently working towards expanding to 1 other country and planning to open into other 2 countries later this year. This will take us into a new continent.
ABOUT THE COMPANY:

? We manufacture products under our own brand and sell them online on Amazon in USA, Canada, EU, Asia and Australia
? We are expanding quickly, so you will be joining a growing company
? Working hours are flexible. We use Worksnaps to track your hours which means that you can fix your own timetable and work whichever hours suit you, whether this be morning, afternoon, evening, night or a combination of all of them. As long as you do your 40 hours per week, we are happy to let you decide on your own hours as long, as there are 3 hours per day where we work parallel hours.
? This is a long-term position, where training will be provided and if you perform and show desire to learn will lead into taking increased responsibility (with associated pay rises and promotions)
ABOUT COMPENSATION:
? We will pay you monthly
? We pay bonuses for great work and results
? We pay 13th Month Bonus
? We give pay increases based on performance
? We give you 1 personal day which you can use as sick day or vacation day for every month you work for us (12 days per year)
? We give you all UK Bank Holidays as paid holidays (8 days a year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Early May Bank Holiday, Spring bank holiday, Summer bank holiday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day)
