Working across all departments and together with stakeholders, you will be analysing business problems, identifying inefficiencies, and devising and implementing solutions.
You will need strong process skills, be able to spot solutions to business problems and communicate this easily across the business whilst project managing the implementation.
Working in a small team means you will be given lots of autonomy and flexibility.
Things you’ll be responsible for;
• Work with stakeholders from all areas of the business to identify areas for improvements. These can range from process enhancements to structural changes to software systems.
• Work with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and identify additional areas for improvement independently.
• Design creative solutions to problems.
• Implement these improvements through both our IT department and the stakeholders.
• Increase efficiency, improve customer experience.
• Propose solutions using a detailed presentation to show what the change is, why it is needed, who is affected, what the benefit will be, the ROI and to include data to back up the business case.
• Any administrative duties as required within the role or additional duties as requested.

• Ability to document as-is and to-be processes at various levels of detail, tailoring them for specific audiences.
• Ability to write user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Must be able to prioritise projects in-line with business and departmental strategies.
• Experience in planning and delivering training + creating training material.
• Experience in end-to-end SDLC.
• An understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies would be desirable.
• An ability to query in SQL would be advantageous.
