Overview
The Business Analyst is responsible for assisting with efforts to support data-driven decision making at
both the tactical and strategic levels for all areas of the company as well as providing a great customer
and employee experience by effectively managing the order and fulfillment process to meet customer
expectations.
Responsibilities
? Works as part of the Operations team, providing high-level support to internal and external customers on order life cycle from approving, confirming, procure, fulfill and delivery of the order
? Provides excellent levels of customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction on order fulfillment and delivery
? Completes order reviews and provides timely reporting of discrepancies until resolved.
? Acts as expert in systems supporting order accuracy, completeness, pricing alignment, order structure, and logistics support
? Provide ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce) support, administration and improvements – across all
? functional and technical areas
? Collaborates with internal developers and external vendors to optimize existing or new integrations
? Reviews, analyzes, recommends and implements ways to improve systems to make business processes more efficient
? Assists with developing dashboards and trains others to be more self-sufficient
? Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification
? Records information and ensures quality of data in ERP and other internal systems that support sales, production and financial management
? Creates various order reports and analyzes data trends and sales
? Works closely with Procurement on timely inventory forecast and replenishment planning
? Creates documents for processes and procedures in operations
? Assists with research and requirements gathering for new initiatives
? Maintains and updates all documentation (programs/procedures) needed for day to day operations
? Researches and resolves issues or problems
? Complete additional project as assigned
Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree preferred
? Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, at least 1 year of data analytics experience
? Strong business analysis skills such as documentation, process flows, and communication skills required
? Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage/execute multiple projects simultaneously.
? Ability to cultivate relationship and work collaboratively with all level of employees and
? organizational customers
? Strong quantitative, analytical and technical aptitude skills
? Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be accountable for performance
Technical Qualifications
? Strong Excel skills (able to create reports, pivot tables, vlookups)
? Proficiency in SQL
? Working knowledge of NetSuite ERP, records updating, dashboard management, saved searches, reporting and workflows is preferred
? Familiarity with data engineering, including ETL/ELT processes
? Familiarity in a scripting language (PHP, Python, etc..) – Preferred
? Familiarity in a data modeling/self-service BI software platform (Tableau, Looker, etc.) – Preferred
