**Position Overview:**
As a Software Business and Requirements Analyst at DB Gurus, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our software projects align with business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to capture, analyze, and transform business requirements into clear and actionable specifications.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and software requirements.
– Translate business needs into comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
– Leverage your expertise in Azure DevOps to streamline requirements management, version control, and collaboration.
– Work closely with development teams to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and scope.
– Define user stories, use cases, and process flows to guide development efforts.
– Collaborate with QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately reflected in test plans and scenarios.
– Assist project managers in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
– Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
– Continuously improve requirements gathering processes and methodologies.

**Qualifications:**
– Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or similar role.
– Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for requirements management, version control, and collaboration.
– Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
– Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
– Detail-oriented approach to requirement specification and documentation.
