Position Summary: As a Business Analyst at Simply Automate AI Inc., you will
play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our operations by collaborating with cross-
functional teams to identify, design, and implement automation solutions. Your
responsibilities will encompass conducting discovery calls to find candidate
processes, performing feasibility analyses and estimations, proposing
automation solutions, and providing comprehensive documentation to support
the successful execution of each automation project. This role will require a
deep understanding of business processes, exceptional analytical skills, excellent
communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at
all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify Automation Opportunities: Collaborate with business
stakeholders to identify and assess automation opportunities through
capture workshops, understanding business pain points, and quantifying
potential benefits.
2. Process Assessment: Conduct high-level process assessments to support
automation initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, increased
efficiency, risk reduction, and standardization.
3. Solution Design: Work closely with development teams to provide
valuable inputs for the design of robotic process automation (RPA)
solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
4. Requirement Gathering: Engage with cross-functional teams to capture
comprehensive business requirements and conduct thorough testing to
ensure the effectiveness of automation solutions.
5. Documentation and Communication: Prepare clear and concise
analysis reports, methods, and results, presenting them to both non-
technical personnel and technical experts throughout various project
phases.
6. Support Implementation and Adoption: Collaborate with the client and
development team to facilitate the successful implementation, testing,
and adoption of automated processes. Provide guidance and assistance
to ensure a smooth transition to automated workflows.
Qualifications and Skills:
? Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field i.e. computer science,
computer engineering, mathematics, management information systems,
finance, accounting, procurement, business.
? Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in operations or process
consultancy, with a strong preference for candidates with prior
experience as a business analyst.
? Analytical Aptitude: Possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability
to understand and conceptualize business processes based on workflow
diagrams, translating them into automated solutions using business
analysis skills as needed.
? Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work effectively with cross-
functional teams and stakeholders, facilitating productive
