Job Description: We are in search of a driven and analytical Business Analyst who will play a vital role in our team by spearheading technology implementations to optimise our business operations. As the Commercial Analyst, you will commence your journey by conducting an in-depth commercial analysis of our existing business processes and workflows. Your objective will be to pinpoint areas that require enhancement and propose appropriate technology solutions to boost efficiency and productivity during the analysis phase. Subsequently, your responsibilities will expand to encompass project management and budget allocation.
Responsibilities:
1. Analysis Phase 1 (1 month):
Thoroughly document and map the existing workflows and processes within the organisation.
Identify potential quick wins and low-hanging fruit for technology upgrades, especially using Clevero,
Formulate commercial recommendations, presenting cost-benefit analyses for technology implementations.
Perform a minute-by-minute analysis of each step in the claims process.
Engage in productive discussions with internal employees and teams to gather their feedback and recommendations.
Develop a comprehensive strategy for technology upgrades and implementation phases.
Manage tickets related to everyday Clevero system updates
Oversee IT issues, including Outlook problems.

2. Implementation and Project Management (3 months):
Budget allocation: Based on the analysis, allocate the budget to the most promising technology implementations with a focus on maximising return on investment.
Take charge of project management for each technology task, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
Conduct quality testing of implemented solutions and provide valuable feedback to Clevero to improve their offerings.

3. Analysis Phase Two and Web-Portal Implementation (6 months):
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop a user-friendly Web portal for improved customer experience and streamlined processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial analysis and business process documentation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex data and draw meaningful insights.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Project management experience with a track record of successful technology implementations.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to devise innovative solutions for business challenges.
Knowledge of IT systems and general IT troubleshooting skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
