Our client is a progressive digital marketing strategy agency specializing in HubSpot consultancy. They leverage their expertise in digital marketing and the HubSpot platform to drive growth and revenue operations for their clients, helping them maximize their digital potential and achieve their business goals.
They are now looking to hire a Virtual Business Analyst (Marketing & CRM) that will work in a tight-knit three-person team alongside a Marketing Strategist and Director to facilitate growth and revenue operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans for HubSpot growth and rev ops.
Craft business strategies aligned with client goals and requirements.
Monitor and optimize clients’ use of the HubSpot platform.
Analyze client data and HubSpot reports for business insights.
Identify areas of improvement and propose performance optimization strategies.
Communicate regularly with the Marketing Strategist and Director.
Maintain clear communication with clients to understand expectations and feedback.
Identify and solve challenges during project execution.
Stay updated on HubSpot platform developments.
Adapt strategies and practices to evolving client needs and market trends.
Monitor and analyze data from the HubSpot platform.
Conduct meetings with team members and clients.
Develop and adjust project plans.
Present findings and strategies to the team and clients.
Requirements
Proven track record of working with HubSpot and ability to work effectively in a remote, team-based environment.
3-5 years of business analyst experience, preferably in a virtual setting, with a focus on HubSpot and growth/rev ops projects.
HubSpot certifications (Sales Software, Marketing Software, Service Hub Software) would be highly advantageous.
Strong familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
Analytical skills to interpret complex data and solve business challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients, including non-technical individuals.
Project management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines, familiarity with project management methodologies and tools preferred.
Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and trends in digital marketing and rev ops.
Team player with the ability to collaborate at all levels of an organization.
Proficiency in remote work tools and platforms for collaboration, project management, and communication.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strategic thinking to align data-driven insights with business objectives and strategies.
