Main Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist with daily office affairs, including scheduling, meeting organization, document management and data entry.
Prepare meeting materials, record meeting minutes, and follow up on execution items.
Handle phone calls, emails and other forms of communication, and respond to customer and partner inquiries in a timely manner.
Project Assistance:
Assist in managing all stages of the project to ensure that the project is completed on time.
Coordinate communication between team members to promote project progress.
Collect, organize and analyze project data, and write reports and recommendations.
Business Event Support:
Support the planning and execution of marketing activities, including event scheduling, material preparation and on-site coordination.
Assist the sales team in customer relationship management, maintain customer databases, and follow up on sales leads.
Prepare quotations, contracts and other business documents.
Financial and Budget Management:
Assist the finance team in budget preparation and cost control.
Manage and track project expenditures to ensure accurate financial records.
Process expense reports and expense reimbursement processes.
Information Management:
Maintain company archives and document management systems to ensure information security and confidentiality.
Update and back up data regularly to manage company information resources.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in business administration, marketing, economics and other related majors.
More than 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with project management and business support experience.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
Proficient in office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite) and project management tools.
Possess basic financial knowledge, familiar with financial statements and budget management.
