Are you a seasoned writer with a passion for eCommerce and a knack for storytelling? Are you experienced in crafting engaging content that educates and inspires? We’re seeking a talented individual to help us transform our outline for into a comprehensive business book aimed at Shopify brand builders.

As our Business Book Writer and Content Strategist, you will collaborate closely with our team to develop a compelling narrative that guides readers through the process of building and scaling successful Shopify stores. From outlining chapters to conducting research and crafting engaging prose, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our team to refine the outline for “The Shopify Growth Playbook” and develop a clear roadmap for the book’s content.
Conduct thorough research on relevant topics, including eCommerce best practices, digital marketing strategies, and brand development techniques.
Write clear, concise, and engaging chapters that provide valuable insights and actionable advice for Shopify brand builders.
Develop compelling narratives and case studies that illustrate key concepts and resonate with our target audience.
Work closely with editors and designers to ensure the book meets our quality standards and aligns with our brand voice.
Iterate on drafts based on feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to refine the content.
Meet deadlines and manage project timelines effectively to ensure timely delivery of the final manuscript.
Requirements:

Proven experience in writing business books, eBooks, or similar long-form content, with a portfolio of published work.
Strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape, particularly the Shopify platform, and experience working with eCommerce brands.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, accessible language.
Excellent research abilities and attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and factual integrity.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders.
Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
