We are a founder-led business and are just at the start of our exciting journey, but with lots of new products in the pipeline, we are looking for someone to grow our brand on social media, taking it to the next level.
About the role
The ideal candidate will oversee the business and financial operations of the company. This individual will monitor the company’s economic performance and work closely with the CEO. This individual will also create frequent financial reports to display economic standing of the company.

Responsibilities
Establish and maintain financial and performance systems and reports.
Financial budgeting, forecasting and monitoring
Inventory management
Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Analyse financial risks
Recommend effective optimisation solutions
Process invoice payments
Prepare monthly financial & management reports – compare with year-ago results and projections.
Weekly financial status update meeting with the CEO
Qualifications
At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
3+ years’ of experience in finance or accounting
Strong quantitative and communication skills
Thorough knowledge of financial principles and procedures
Analytical, independant and proactive
Fluent oral and written proficiency in English – Finnish is a plus!
