RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events to identify and attract remote workers with the right skill sets and experience.

Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of candidates’ qualifications, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and evaluating their suitability for remote work positions based on their technical skills, communication abilities, and remote work experience.

Interview and Selection: Coordinate and conduct interviews, both virtually and over the phone, to assess candidates’ suitability for specific remote work roles. Evaluate candidates’ cultural fit, technical expertise, and remote work capabilities.

Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, conducting reference checks, and ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.

Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to promote our company as an attractive employer for remote workers. Showcase the benefits of remote work, our company culture, and growth opportunities to potential candidates.

Remote Work Policy Expertise: Stay up-to-date with remote work trends, best practices, and legal considerations. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and candidates regarding remote work policies, technology requirements, and collaboration tools.

Onboarding and Integration: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for newly hired remote workers. Coordinate with HR and IT departments to ensure remote workers have the necessary equipment, access to systems, and resources to perform their roles effectively.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the performance and progress of remote workers, providing feedback to hiring managers and identifying areas for improvement or additional support.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Staffing & recruiting experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
-Proven experience as a recruiter, specifically in sourcing and selecting remote workers.
-Strong understanding of remote work dynamics, challenges, and best practices.
-Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and technologies.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to evaluate candidates’ technical skills and suitability for remote work.
-Solid knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
-Strong organizational and time management abilities.
-Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
-Experience with CRM & applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
