Position Overview:
As a Business Development and Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling and appointment setting. You will engage with prospective clients, build rapport, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for real estate.
Responsibilities:
Type of Role: Flex – Part Time during Probationary Period
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate services and solutions.
Identify decision-makers and key influencers within target organizations.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up.
Qualify leads based on their interest, budget, and timeline.
Schedule appointments for our sales team to further discuss our offerings and services.
Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track activities, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to management on customer insights, market feedback, and campaign effectiveness.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for appointment setting and lead generation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Persuasive and confident demeanor with the ability to overcome objections.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and trends.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and results.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
